Custom Staffing provides Industry with a wide variety of temporary, temp-to-direct hire and direct hire employees to help supplement the existing workforce. We have the ability to recruit, test and train an extremely large workforce for an extended project or find the one production worker that fits in a complex work environment. Custom Staffing can manage any size work assignment our client may have.

Our service has the ability to provide all timekeeping and payroll functions, disciplinary and supervisory duties as requested by our customer. Custom Staffing pays, assumes all unemployment and worker's compensation risk, withholds all applicable taxes and provides all governmental reporting for each employee while working on assignment.
