Medical Division

Custom Staffing provides professional nurses and nursing assistants to health care facilities needing additional staffing on a temporary basis. We have highly trained individuals ready to staff nursing homes, doctor's offices, hospitals, PRN, assisted living facilities, MRDD facilities, supported living and group homes. We thoroughly screen every applicant and provide quality assurance follow-ups to make sure we are always in compliance with licensing requirements.

Our customers have the advantage of knowing each Custom Staffing employee has been professionally trained, has experience and has professional supervisory support. They can be sure that when state surveyors inspect records each and every Custom Staffing employee meets or exceeds all required documentation including background checks, physicals, Mantoux PPD testing, current licensure and in-services.

Our customers can rely on Custom Staffing to assist them 24 hours a day and to provide immediate assistance with records during state inspections.

		We provide supplemental staffing to nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, doctors' offices, MRDD facilities, supported living and group homes.
		We employ Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and State Tested Nurses' Aides (STNA).
		Medical personnel receive 12 hours paid continuous training per a year.
		Custom Staffing performs fingerprinting and background checks (state and nationwide) on all medical personnel as mandated by Senate Bill 160.
		Medical personnel have a current physical and Mantoux test or chest x-ray on file.
